Tukea Talbert DNP, RN
Adjunct Assistant Professor
Tukea Talbert graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Kentucky. She received both her Master of Science degree in nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky. Talbert is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Bluegrass Oncology Nursing Society (served as president 2008-2010, the National Oncology Nursing Society, and Sigma Theta Tau (served as president, 2015-2017). Dr. Talbert has been employed at the University of Kentucky Hospital since 2012, and currently serves as the Assistant Hospital Director.
