Instructional Design Innovation Team

We are excited to officially announce the formation of the first-ever College of Nursing Instructional Design Innovation team, or the "i-Team."

The i-Team's purpose to is help improve the CON faculty and student teaching/learning experience through instructional technology and instructional design. The i-Team will serve as the primary contact for any faculty needing assistance with maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading or adding new instructional technology .  

Some main goals of the i-Team include:

  • Maintain consistency in course design across the college
  • Be the primary point of contact for instructional design in the college. 
  • Serve as a liaison between faculty and Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT)
  • Establish more opportunities for faculty development and training (i.e. one-on-one trainings, lunch and learn sessions, workshops)

Upcoming events:

  • Lunch and Learn: Flipgrid fundamentals and Canvas integration
    lunch will be provided for the first 15 faculty members that register
    Wednesday, Feb. 26, noon – 1 p.m.​
