On Tuesday, January 28 the Patterson School welcomed Dr. Yujia He at a brown bag luncheon in the Van Room. Dr. He discussed her work with students and faculty, sketching out a research program including deep investigation of science and technology policy in China and across the Asia-Pacific. Dr. He joined the faculty of the Patterson School in early January 2020. She obtained her PhD in International Affairs, Science and Technology (IAST) and MS in International Affairs from Georgia Tech, and BS in Chemistry from Peking University and Stanford China Program certificate. She has also worked in Washington D.C. as a visiting fellow for the Atlantic Council’s Scrowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, and as a researcher for the Wilson Center’s Science and Technology Innovation Program. At the Patterson School, Dr. He will help to improve and expand course offerings in science and technology, knowledge management, and area studies.
