Ying-Juan Rogers
Adjunct Professor
Ying-Juan Rogers has been teaching at the Patterson School since 2012. Her courses focus on international trade theory and policy, international business transactions, marketing and management. In the spring of 2018, she taught a course at the Hefei University of Technology in China on international trade theory.
She is currently a Project Management Consultant for Belcan, one of the largest global engineering firms providing consultancy on government contracts for aerospace, cybersecurity, and heavy equipment. As a former CEO of a private Chinese-owned energy corporation and Executive Vice President of the World Trade Center Kentucky, Rogers is well-versed in international trade policy and regulations, strategic planning, developing and implementing programs, budgeting, and cross-cultural management.
Rogers earned her BA from Wuhan University, did graduate study in Beijing at the Foreign Affairs College (now China Foreign Affairs University) and in France at Paris Law School. She also obtained a Certificate of International Studies from Sciences Po in Paris. She received her M.A. from the Patterson School.
