How to fix scrolling issues in Internet Explorer
If the PE system appears to not scroll for you while using Internet Explorer, first, locate the gear icon in the upper left, click it, and then select Internet options

Click the Tabs button, located near the middle of the Internet Options screen

Now that we are in the Tabbed Browser Settings screen, look for a section titled "When a pop-up is encountered". In that section, select "Always open pop-ups in a new tab". Click OK to exit the Tabbed Browser Settings screen, and then OK again to leave the Internet Options screen. This should allow the PE to scroll the next time you access the SuccessFactors system
