Take care of yourself & others

Don't forget your daily 4.0!

4 ways to stay safe:

Wear A Mask & Social Distance

Wear your masks to stop the spread of COVID-19. Make sure it covers your mouth AND your nose. Avoid masks with valves or vents which allow virus particles to escape. Learn more about CDC recommendations when it comes to masks here

Keep safe space between yourself and other people who are not members of your household. Stay 6 feet (about 2 arms' length) from other people.

Wash Your Hands

Wash your hands with soap and water. Scrub for at least 20 seconds. Rinse hands well and dry them with a clean towel or air dry. Are no soap and water handy? Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Daily Screening

Continue to complete your daily screenings. This helps Health Corps understand who had COVID over winter break which will impact the spring return testing in January. Completing your screenings will help Health Corps be available to provide assistance to students like helping them find a testing site near their home.

Create a Quaranteam

A quaranteam is a social bubble that choose to socialize together and follow a mutually agreed-upon set of rules or guidelines during the pandemic. You can use the above strategies within your quaranteam. Click here for more information on how to start a quaranteam.
