This regulation establishes the policies and procedures for drafting, reviewing, revising, withdrawing, approving, announcing, and archiving official University regulations. Additionally, this Regulation defines the roles and responsibilities of the participants in the regulation development process and establishes the Regulation Review Committee. All regulations shall be promulgated in accord with the standards, format, and procedures set forth in this regulation to achieve consistency, appropriateness, and ease of understanding of, ease of access to, and compliance with university policies.
