Walk - In Assistance

Location: Hands-on support is available in room 122 of the Peterson Service Building

Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Services: Setting up your iPad , Apple Pencil, and Keyboard Support  

Location: Tech Help @ The Hub of the basement of W.T. Young Library

Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. 

Services: Account Setup , Password Reset , Mobile Device Configuration , Software Downloads , Software Installation, and Virus Protection Assistance

(Hours may vary depending on holidays or University closings).
