Clery Act

Originally known as the Campus Security Act and subsequently renamed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 USC § 1092(f)) is a federal law stating that colleges and universities must disclose information regarding crime that occurs on campus.

Campus SaVE

The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination (SaVE) Act increases transparency about sexual violence, guarantees victims enhanced rights, sets standards for discipline hearings, and requires campus wide education programs. The Campus SaVE also amends the Clery Act to further increase transparency around sexual violence on campus.
