Crystal joined Student Transitions and Family Programs in February 2020 as the Senior Academic Advisor for Off-Campus Students.  In this role, she will service off-campus and commuter students with a goal of increased retention and degree completion.

She is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA).

Crystal is a native of the Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland area lovingly called “The Region”.   She brings over 10 years’ experience in Higher Education, Student Counseling and Teaching.   In her spare time, she enjoys collecting vinyl records, karaoke,  nature walks,  traveling, and baking.
