Robert serves as chief advisor to the Assistant Provost for Student and Academic Support in recommending new university-wide initiatives regarding first-year programs and services, specifically in regards to those housed in the Student Services Center. He has oversight of the Student Services Center, providing leadership in establishing and maintaining a team-centric unit, and mentoring staff and students.
In addition to his work with the Student Services Center, Robert serves on a number of campus committees, including the Student Success Group, Stage III Grievance Hearing Committee, and Advising Leadership Team. Robert is a facilitator of academic business for former Undergraduate Studies student, and serves on an external First-Generation Programs Working Group. Robert is also a member of NACADA and NASPA.
Robert considers Richmond, KY home. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, hiking, family, participating in sports, and creating in his garage.
