Bicycle Advisory Committee
The goal of UK's Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) is to cultivate a bicycle-friendly campus by educating the community about safe practices and by improving bicycle facilities. The funding for BAC is exclusively designated for bicycle infrastructure improvements and other bicycle initiatives focused on training, assisting, enhancing, and increasing bicycle usage on campus.
On-Going Educational Efforts Include:
- Bike E-news
- K-Week Events such as Pedalpalooza
- A Variety of Bicycling-Related Educational Publications & Promotions
- Winter Bike to Campus Day in February
- Bike Week activities in April
