Changes to PTS Office Hours During Winter Break
The Parking and Transportation Services office in the Press Avenue Garage (PS #6), located at the corner of Press and Virginia Avenues, will have reduced hours of operation on Monday, Dec. 19 through Friday, Dec. 23. The office will be open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., due to the reduced campus population during the holiday week.
Additionally, the PTS Press Avenue office will be closed when the University is closed for the upcoming holidays and bonus days on Monday, Dec. 26, 2016 through Monday, Jan. 2, 2017. The office will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017.

The PTS satellite office in the UK HealthCare Garage (PS #8) will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, and Monday, Jan. 2, 2017, but will remain open during the University's bonus days (Dec. 26 - 30). The office will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of the holidays noted above.
Women’s Basketball Game to Impact Campus Dec. 21
The Linden Walk Lot will be unavailable for employee (E) parking on Wednesday, Dec. 21 as a result of the UK women’s basketball game vs. Washington State at noon in Memorial Coliseum.
Additionally, women’s basketball fans may choose to pay to park in the South Limestone Garage, located on South Limestone next to Kennedy’s Wildcat Den. As a result, employees who park in the South Limestone Garage or other north campus lots may see a slight increase in visitor parking and should plan ahead, allowing additional time for their commute. However, the impact is expected to be minimal due to the game time and the decreased student population.
Impacted employees may opt to park in other E lots in the north campus area, which include the High Street Lot, the King Alumni Lot, the Linden Walk Lot, the Reynolds Lot (E/C7) and the Scott Street and Taylor-Dickey Lots (E/C7). Visit www.uky.edu/transportation/parking-info_parking-maps to view all campus parking options.
Members of the campus community are encouraged to tune into 1700 AM (WQKH 253) to hear campus parking and transportation information. The station broadcasts 24 hours, 7 days a week.
