Reminder: Vehicle Relocation on Football Game Days

With UK Football returning home this weekend, UK Transportation Services would like to remind the UK community about parking policies on game days.

  • Students and employees who park in the Kroger Field parking lots (Red, Blue, Orange, Greg Page Overflow Lot and the Soccer/Softball Complex Lots), in the Sports Center Garage (PS #7) or in the Sports Center Lots must move their vehicles before 7 a.m. on the days of home football games. R7 permit holders parked on Complex Drive do not need to move their vehicles.
  • Students and employees who park in the Kroger Field Green Lot must relocate prior to 10 p.m. the night before home football games.
  • No parking is permitted on University Drive on game days.
  • All vehicles parking in motorcycle/motor scooter spaces or parked at meters in any of the above areas must also relocate their vehicle, according to the listed timeline above.

Visit www.uky.edu/transportation/parking-info_football-game-day-parking for a map of impacted parking areas and vehicle relocation options.

Failure to move any vehicle from the stadium parking lots, the Sports Center Garage, the Sports Center Lots or University Drive may result in a citation or impoundment at the owner’s expense.

Vehicles may be moved any time after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, and must be moved back by 5 a.m. Monday.

For more on Transportation Services game day policies and parking options, visit www.uky.edu/transportation/parking-info_football-game-day-parking.

Additionally, Kentucky Wildcab will not serve Kroger Field and portions of the south and southeast service area until approximately two hours after the end of the game. For a map of the impacted service area, visit www.uky.edu/kentuckywildcab.
