Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduate Students
The University of Kentucky is committed to providing a supportive learning environment and fostering safe, healthy relationships among our students. As such, the institution and members of our community will not tolerate the offenses of sexual and gender-based violence - this includes dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This program is intended to help you learn more about these issues, as you play a crucial role in keeping our campus safe.
What technical information do I need to know?
To take the course, you will need a computer with internet access and audio capabilities. We suggest using updated versions of Google Chrome and Firefox. If you do not have access to a computer, you can use any available computer with internet access such as those at your public library or the on-campus computer labs.
Why do I have to take Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduate Students?
We believe this program will both provide useful information to students and help us shape a safer campus community. Federal law requires that colleges and universities make students aware of policies and resources related to sexual assault and other forms of interpersonal violence. UK has chosen SAPG as a tool to insure students receive this information.

Can my advisor remove my hold?
An automated system checks the status of student completion daily and typically removes holds within 24 hours. Advisors are not authorized to remove these holds. If you believe you have a hold by mistake, reach out to the VIP Center at email@example.com.
Will my information be private?
Please note the courses may include questions to help personalize your experience and measure your attitudes and behaviors. All responses are confidential; UK will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will never see any individual student's answers.
