The goal of this unit is to suport capital projects by providing expertise in the contracting of professional design services and in the bidding and contracting of construction services, at the lowest competitive price and in conformance with University policies, the Model Procurement Code and the Kentucky Revised Statutes.This unit strives to effectively coordinate and manage all activities related to the emlployment of consultants and/or contractors for capital projects.
