This page contains all the working documents needed by authors.

1.  Author Instructions – Disease and Nematode Sections (.doc)
This document contains instructions for authors of disease and nematode chapters, with details on content, layout, formatting, photographs etc.  The instructions for other groups are similar, but with a different heading structure; the leader of each group will dispense these.

2.  IPM Formatting (.doc)
This document contains general formatting instructions which are applicable to all groups.

3.IPM Photographs (.doc)
This document contains instruction on accessing and formattting photographs.

4.  Template for Disease and Nematode Chapters (.doc)
This document is a template for disease and nematode chapters.  It is already formatted, with all correct headings.  The templates for other groups are similar, but with a different heading structure; the leader of each group will dispense these.

5.  Example of Completed Disease Chapter (.doc)
This document is an example of a completed chapter, to show the type of document that we require.

6.  IPM Outline (.xls) version 8, updated October 21st, 2015
This document is a spreadsheet showing the organization of the taskforce, and details for all members.  There is a sheet for each group, broken down into sections.  All chapters and authors are listed.  To protect the details of members, this spreadsheet is passworded.  The password is the name of the city where we had our 2008 Congress, in lower case letters.

If you have problems with the password, contact Anne Jack
