Melony Furby coordinates alumni seminars and teaches and leads other rural entrepreneurship events and programs including youth entrepreneurship. She has owned several businesses and has served as a Chamber of Commerce director.

Kathryn  Ellis, M.S. develops programs for the current class of Fellows in the Kentucky Entrepreneurial Coaches Institute.  She leads and teaches a variety of seminars about rural entrepreneurship.  Her research expertise is social entrepreneurship.
