Medicare Open Enrollment
Each year plans change what they cost and what they cover. The next general open enrollment is November 15 to December 31, 2009. During this time, people with Medicare can add, drop or change their prescription drug coverage. They can also select a health plan for their 2010 coverage.Visit www.cms.hhs.gov/center/openenrollment.asp to learn more.

Goals
The goals of U.K. Eldercare are to provide University Families with :
- immediate attention to employee elder care needs
- assistance in identifying current elder care needs
- detailed and personal referrals to community services
- a handbook on providing care to older family members
- printed information relevant to needs, such as fact sheets
- ongoing support to the employee, such as family counseling
- a program evaluation opportunity for all employees using the service
- the same quality of service for all employees regardless of sex, race, or job classification
- seminars related to elder care issues
