UK Safety Begins With You Video
This brief video presentation highlights important safety information for all UK employees. As a new or current employee, review this information carefully, and ask your supervisor if you have questions about any safety-related issues.

Directions:
With Quicktime installed:
1) You will be prompted to click on a white box that reads "Click Me to Play Movie." Click on that box.
2) When separate movie viewer window opens, click on the "Play" button (large arrow pointing to the right in the center of the control panel) to begin video.
3) Print and retain a copy of the Employee Safety Handbook.
4) Print the OSHA Online Video/Handbook Acknowledgement Form, fill out all sections, and fax to (859) 257-7464.
