Health Care FSA Change Definition of Eligible Claims Effective 1/1/11

The federal healthcare reform bill passed in March, 2010 states that as of January 1, 2011, over the counter (OTC) drugs and medicines will only be reimbursable through your Health Care FSA if you have a valid prescription. To view a list of examples of OTC medicines, please click here (pdf).

The University has implemented a 90-day waiting period for separated employees who seek access to retirement funds prior to retirement eligibility.
