UK-HMO Lexington Service Area (LSA) is available in the following counties:
- Anderson
- Bourbon
- Clark
- Fayette
- Franklin
- Jessamine
- Madison
- Mercer
- Scott
- Woodford
UK-RHP Regional Health Plan (RHP) is available in every Kentucky county EXCEPT in the above-listed UK-HMO LSA counties.
UK-EPO and UK-PPO are available in every county within the state of Kentucky and all 50 states (with some exceptions in rural areas).
UK Indemnity is only available to those participants who live or travel out of state for extended periods of time.
