Employee Documentation
HR Temporary Employment employees are expected to follow attendance and performace guidelines like any regular UK employee. Supervisors should document any issues related to their HR Temporay Employment employees. Documentation should include the following:
- Tardiness
- Absenteeism
- Job Performance
- Misconduct
- Medical Absences (send copies of all medical documentation to HR Temporary Employment)
- Last Day Worked
- Reason for Leaving Assignment.

At the end of an assignment, the immediate supervisor must complete an HR Temporary Employment Performance Evaluation form. Once the Performance Evaluation has been completed, it can be printed, signed and faxed to (859) 257-7464.
