Contest Dates: January 12, 13, 14 (class-start dates) to March 23, 24, 25 (class-end dates)
- Any Weight Loss Matters participant (includes online class)
- $50 to join Weight Loss Matters & Biggest Blue Loser
- Join Weight Loss Matters and follow the meal plan given to you.
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes on at least 4 days per week.
- Complete and turn in 8 food diaries.
- Complete and turn in 8 exercise diaries.
- Attend classes for at least 8 weeks (out of 10).
- Are you up for the challenge? Each week of the competition, we’ll present you with a new weekly challenge! Each week you complete the challenge, you’ll be entered in a weekly prize drawing during class and recognized for your good work.
- Participants who complete all 10 weekly challenges will be awarded a prize and entered into a grand prize “Challenge Drawing!”
- This is great way to participate in the competition even if you are just trying to maintain your weight or don’t have much to lose!
Criteria for winning the title "Biggest Blue Loser":
- Greatest percentage of weight loss (NOT total pounds lost!)
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three individual male and female losers.
Complete the online Weight Loss Matters registration form and indicate that you want to join Biggest Blue Loser.
