  • Professional Interests: Weight loss; Quality of life; Work-related injury and muscle imbalance.
  • Personal Interest: I love to Strength Train and Run. I love to compete whether it is a 5K or a marathon. I also enjoy cooking.
  • Professional objective: Educate and assist general public on how to lead healthy and fit lives. Also to prepare young fitness professionals for the health and wellness work force.
  • Gym pet peeve:  When people make up exercises and yell loudly when finishing a rep.

  • Personal Interest: I play hockey, so I'm always training for that, and I like to train people that are into bodybuilding.
  • Professional objective: To educate others on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle, prevent disease and increase their quality of life.
  • Gym pet peeve: People that do not put their weights away if they cannot lift more than me.

  • Personal Interests: I like to golf, hike, workout, and swim. I love to watch sports, especially UK Basketball. I also like to stay involved with some type of community service. Variety is the spice to life so I love to be involved with all kinds of different activities.

  • Professional Interest: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength and conditioning of both athletes and “weekend warriors,” helping clients meet weight loss goals, and exercise as means for disease prevention.
