Personal Interest: I play hockey, so I'm always training for that, and I like to train people that are into bodybuilding.

Professional objective: To educate others on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle, prevent disease and increase their quality of life.

Gym pet peeve: People that do not put their weights away if they cannot lift more than me.

Personal Interests:I enjoy going to or watching NFL games and UK football and basketball games. I love wildlife, conservation and anything involving the outdoors.

Personal Interest: I like training programs that focus on multiple areas of fitness as opposed to just strength. I enjoy learning about different methods of training in order to keep things interesting.

Professional Objective: 1) To teach people how to incorporate nutrition and physical activity into their    everyday lifestyle. 2) To teach athletes that it is important to not only train properly but also to eat properly.

Gym Pet Peeve: A person not cleaning off their equipment after using it.
