Nutrition Consults — free, private consultations with a registered dietitian to assist you with diet and nutrition goals

Nutrition on Wheels nutrition presentations that Health & Wellness dietitians will present at your next departmental meeting, brown bag lunch, etc.

Wildcat Wheels Bike Library — provides free bicycle use to UK Faculty and Staff at no cost. All you need is a UK Faculty/Staff ID. 

BeHIP Program — a menu of low-pressure health improvement programs designed to encourage you to adopt healthy behaviors:

Diabetes Education — a series of classes, offered at convenient times, that give you extensive education about diabetes

Prescription Co-pay Counseling — access to a UK pharmacist to review your medication and reduce your out-of-pocket cost
