Mira Ball is chief financial officer of Ball Homes Inc. and has been a teacher in the Fayette County Public School System. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. She has been associated with numerous boards and organizations, including LG&E, Kentucky Utilities Energy, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington Industrial Foundation, State Economic Development Task Force, and Governor's Commission on Tax Policy. She also is a member of the endowment board of Kentucky Educational Television, Midway College board of trustees, Bluegrass Community Foundation, Kentucky Historical Society, and The Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship.
