Stephen Branscum is president and CEO of Branscum Construction Company Inc. He has served as vice president-treasurer of the company and developer, owner, and president of Key Village Shopping Center in Russell Springs. He is a current or past board member of First BanCorp of Russell Springs, First National Bank, Campbellsville University, Russell County Habitat for Humanity, Russell County Industrial Development Authority, Russell County Chamber of Commerce, Associated General Contractors of Kentucky, the Governor's Council for AGC of Kentucky, AGC of America, Kentucky Council on Agriculture, Russell County Forward in the Fifth for Education Executive Committee, and the Russell County/Ephraim McDowell Hospital board and foundation board. Mr. Branscum attended Western Kentucky University.
