Pamela May founded her own law firm in 1993 after many years as a partner with Stratton, May and Hays, and as the assistant Pike County attorney. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Ms. May was a contributing author to the Kentucky Health Law. She is the past president of the Pike County Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys, and the American Health Lawyers Association. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Kentucky Bar Association, Family Law and Litigations. She has served as President of the Big Sandy Area Child Advocacy Center and has been a member of the Physician/Attorney Liaison Committee of the Kentucky Medical Society and the Steering Committee for the Healthcare section of the Kentucky Bar Association. She is a lecturer at the Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine. She holds a juris doctor degree from UK and a bachelor's degree from Morehead State University.
