Stephen A. Bilas, a senior Finance and Business Management major from Louisville, Kentucky, was elected Student Body President in April 2012.

A graduate of Louisville Male High School, Stephen has been actively involved since arriving on campus in the fall of 2009. Stephen has served the Student Government Association for the University as the Chief of Staff, Executive Comptroller and participated in the Leadership Development Program.

Outside of Student Government, he has been actively involved in the Sigma Chi Fraternity, Gatton College of Business and Economics and Dance Blue. Within Gatton, Stephen is a member of SEAM, Scholars of Engineering and Management and served as President of the College’s Ambassador Program.

At the University of Kentucky, Stephen has taught multiple UK 101 courses as a Peer Instructor and sat on several University Committees.

After graduating, Stephen plans on pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration.
