James W. Stuckert earned BSME and MBA degrees from UK. He is the past Chairman and CEO of JJB Hilliard, WL Lyons, Inc. He served as President of the UK Alumni Association and was elected to the UK Hall of Distinguished Alumni, the Gatton College UK Hall of Fame, and the School of Engineering Hall of Fame. He served as chair of the billion dollar Capital Campaign recently concluded and chairs the UK Development Council. He serves on the Board of Royal Gold, Inc., among other duties. His wife, Diane, and three children are also graduates of UK.
