Brian Noehren, PT, PhD, FACSM and interim Associate Dean for Research and professor in the College of Health Sciences, is the latest recipient of the College’s Joseph Hamburg Professorship in Rehabilitation Sciences.
This week, the UKDPT students on the Hazard campus showed their appreciation to the UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health custodial, transportation and maintenance staff by providing snacks and gifts to each member.

UK Physical Therapy (PT) students are teaming up with other PT programs in the Ohio-Kentucky Consortium to focus on a service project for organ and blood donation. This service project holds a special meaning to this consortium, specifically, Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati.

In 2021-22, she became a cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals, graduated from Physical Therapy school, got a full-time job and followed the Bengals to the Super Bowl.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 9, 2022) — A social entrepreneur and author whose goal is a world where no child is an orphan. And a PhD researcher who focuses on muscle health and physical function in patients with critical illness.
A festive time was had by all this weekend in San Antonio, Texas, where the American Physical Therapy Association's Combined Sections Meeting gathered to congregate and celebrate.
