Get Moving - A Walking Group for Caregivers
When: Every Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. for a 30-minute walk
Where: The Arboretum, 500 Alumni Drive, Lexington, KY 40503
Free parking is available, and the group will meet near the parking lot.
Walking will be at a casual pace.
Don't forget: comfortable shoes, water bottle, a hat and sunscreen.
Group will gather, weather permitting.
