When you think of journaling, you may think of a teenager keeping a locked diary by his/her bed. However, research has shown that journaling can have therapeutic effects for individuals of any age -- from stress management to increasing physical well-being to helping process grief and trauma.

In this playshop, you will learn about these positive outcomes and how to incorporate journaling into your own life. You will also get to use your creativity and learn how to make your own journal by repurposing Reader's Digest covers and recycled paper.

We hope that you can join us!
