Kathy McMullen

A native of Louisville, McMullen holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Louisville. Kathy spent her professional career serving in all areas of corporate Human Resources for large Cincinnati employers such as Macy’s, Inc., Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Fifth Third Bank and Chiquita Brands International.  She now spends her time overseeing her family’s farm business and other investments. Kathy’s community work in Cincinnati has included serving on various Cincinnati community boards including Girl Scouts, Great Rivers Council (Board Chair), Cincinnati Works, Easter Seals of Greater Cincinnati and Mount St. Joseph University (Board Chair). In addition, she is a member of the Women’s Capital Club, a women’s investment club.
