Hotel

The main conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Lexington right in downtown. Each individual participant will make their own reservations. A room block is available.

Every year host cities and planning committees strive to provide their guests enjoyable meetings at low costs. In this effort the ES-AAPG 2016 planning committee has worked with the Hyatt Regency hotel to secure the best possible room rate for our guests. In order to receive the lowest rate possible, the planning committee agreed to a minimum room block guarantee. This is why we are asking our guests to please book your lodging needs through our event specific Hyatt URL. If the minimum number of rooms are not booked through our event's URL, the committee will incur additional costs adversely affecting the 2016 AND 2017 meeting budgets. Thank you for your continued support and understanding of this important issue, and we look forward to seeing you all in September.
