Physician assistants are health professionals who practice medicine as members of a team with their supervising physicians and are uniquely qualified to step in and bridge gaps in health care. Our physician assistant studies program will prepare you to become a well-rounded practitioner with a wealth of clinical knowledge and direct patient-care experience to conduct exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, prescribe medications, and more. Our graduates achieve some of the highest pass rates on state licensure exams proving our program is dedicated to helping you become the most knowledgeable health care provider you can be.

Graduates of the Physician Assistant Studies Program are awarded a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies after completing the 29-month curriculum. Graduates are eligible to take the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination and upon successful completion, are then eligible for state certification/licensure to practice as a certified Physician Assistant.
