"APPLICATION FOR DEGREE" via myUK portal:

• Step 1:

  * Go to: https://myuk.uky.edu/irj/portal.
  * Click "Student Services" tab: (shown in Figure 1).
  * Click "myRecords" tab: (shown in Figure 1).
  * Click "Apply for a Degree" link on the Detailed Navigation panel on left-side of screen (shown in Figure 1).
  * Click the Undergraduate link in the sentence:
  ------- "Are you applying for an Undergraduate or Graduate degree? (shown in Figure 1).

  * Complete the "Apply for a Degree" form -- for an Undergraduate degree (shown in Figure 2).
