Tiajuan (Luke) Lu, PhD

Dr. Lu will be joining the faculty of the DEEH in January of 2024. His experience includes developing nationwide air quality models (EPA funded) and community-based transportation measurements and modeling work (US Department of Transportation funded). His expertise is in exposure assessment, field work, and geospatial analysis and he has taught courses in environmental analysis and planning, urban environmental geography, numerical methods, and geospatial information systems. He has previous experience in advising both undergraduate and graduate students on research projects, especially those using GIS approaches for exposure assessment.
