Dentin Mineralization Front
This high power micrograph of the dentin-pulp interface shows the pseudostratified nature of the odontoblasts (A) as well as the scalloped appearance of the mineralization front between predentin (B) and dentin (C). Globules of newly mineralized predentin (D) are obvious at the mineralization front - representing globular dentin. What are the light-staining lines indicated by E?
