Someone Else's Dream is a performance and hybrid video/sound-based art project centered on anonymous dream monologues collected from the public. Stripped of authorship and context, these dreams are read aloud live, in a sparse, darkened setting, allowing language, voice, and movement to carry the emotional weight of each narrative. The work explores dreams as shared psychic material, intimate yet collective, hovering between memory, fiction, and confession. Each performance become an act of embodiment as much as speaking, while the video and sound work renders the same material with a sparer, more theatrical restraint. The project invites viewers into a quiet encounter with the unconscious, where private interior worlds briefly surface, resonate, and dissolve.
