Emailed Mr. Sneed to set an appointment to meet the team members.  Met with Mr.Sneed to discuss the requirements and what he expects from the system. We spent 3 hours at the library to discuss the whole layout of the project and to develop a presentation for the assignment.
10/4 1 hours I developed the SCH Emplyee's Login page and a test database for the admin.  Used ASP to develop all the web interfaces.

10/15 3 hours Developed the following functions with the relative databases, Delete conference.
10/16 3 hours Adding/Deleting a SCH employee to/from the system. Developing with ASP code and Access DB. Web interface for the this function.

10/18 1 Hour Fixing some bugs in the Client side request forms. 
10/20 2 hours Group meeting at the Engineering library. Also updated the website with Lim's information.
10/22 2 hours  Group meeting at the Engineering Library - discussed about the presentation and allocated tasks to each member. I taught the team members some basics about ASP and how to develop a simple form on html. Also showed the team how to operate dreamweaver.
10/23 3 hours Modified the implemented pages according to the standard Database made by Paula. Added modifications to the Add /Delete conference. Made modification to the login page of the SCH scheduler, whith different access levels to each user/employee. Added the data dictionary sent by Lim to the team website.
10/25 4 Hours Implemented adding buildings and updating from/to the system, prioratizing filling each building, modifications to deleting a conference and modifications to employee access levels.
11/9  20 mins Met with Dr.Baxter in class to discuss about the room allocation queries. 
11/14  2 hours  Worked on the client's end of the project. Re-designed the webpage with new links for login, driving directions. Developed the client request page.
11/15 1 hour Met with Paula at the CSlab to teach her some ASP which she was working on.

 Developed the client's login page, and the rest of the Request page.

11/26 6 Hours Development of room assignments. Re-designed the database as some of the fields in the database was redundant. Eliminated some of the tables and added more fields for client table.
11/27 7 hours Development of the room assignments page.
11/28 6 hours Development of clients' updating their information with user ID and password, Allocating rooms from SCH employee's side and sending emails.
12/3  1 hour  Uploading the files to HAWKWEED.CS.UKY iis server and integration testing.
12/4 5 hours Print functions and testing other bugs in the program.
