Commencement Procedures

Where do you go?

1. You are to report to the loading dock area in front of doors 8 and 9 on the "Cox Street Parking Lot" side of Rupp Arena at 1:30 p.m. (Please have on your graduation attire - Gown, Hat & Tassel.)

2. There will be 4 columns forming in the Parking area outside doors 8 & 9.

3. The 4 columns line up as shown in the diagram below.

5. You are to stand with your college in the appropriate column. A College Banner will be present.

6. At 1:50 you will be led into Rupp Arena through Door 8 or 9.

7. You will then go into the Concourse and onto the arena floor to be seated as on this chart below.

8. If it is raining, you still report to the loading dock - Cox Street Parking Lot. From there you'll be directed to the appropriate concourse.
