Accommodations
If you are planning to stay overnight in a local hotel, we strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservations as early as possible. There are many events scheduled in Lexington and hotel availability may be limited. The following is provided for your convenience:

Parking
The parking areas in the immediate vicinity of the Lexington Civic Center (the High Street lot and the Cox Street lot) will be open (no charge) for all Commencement events. Commercial parking lots in the vicinity of the Lexington Center will be available at a cost. With the University's Commencement activities and the activities of churches in the downtown area, graduates and their families are encouraged to allow time for traffic and parking.

For the commencement events occurring on campus, all campus parking will be open and free.

Dining
For your convenience, the concessions on the concourse levels of Rupp Arena will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
In addition, there are several eating facilities in the Food Court area of the first floor of th e Mall at the Lexington Civic Center.

Breakfast Buffett 7am - 10am
Brunch 10am - 2pm
Lunch 12pm - 5pm
Dinner 5pm - 10pm.
- Arby's (in food court)
Open at 7am - 7:30pm. - The Coffee Beanery (Level One off Main Street)
7am - 7:30pm. - Everyone else in the mall (A&W, Subway and Mr. Kan's Chinese) will open around 11am - 7:30pm.
There are numerous other eating facilities downtown and in the close vicinity of the Lexington Center. For specific information, go to the Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau.
