The College of Education is housed primarily in four buildings: Dickey Hall, Taylor Education Building, 641 Maxwelton Court, and the Seaton Center. Dickey Hall is on Scott Street (near the corner of Scott and Upper).  It was built in 1964 and named for Frank G. Dickey, former president of the University.
