The
Office of Field Experiences and School Collaboration plays a facilitative
role in the University's Teacher Education Program -- processing
applications for field experiences at sites designated as part
of the field network, serving as regional headquarters for the
Kentucky Teacher Internship Program and coordinating collaborative
initiatives with site-based partners. The Office, which operates
under the direction of Sharon Brennan, uses the logo pictured above
to symbolize the significance of collaboration in promoting teacher
quality. The triangle emphasizes the importance of participation
from university, field and community partners. The circle serves
as a reminder that partners strengthen Education by joining together
to guide professional growth and conduct research.
