BI7 Upgrade
Due to the enhanced security delivered with the BW upgrade, some modifications have been made to the Payroll Results Q queries. The attached documents detail these changes. Please review any Y queries that were modeled after these Q queries to verify they are set up according to the suggestions in the document. Saved Views are not affected.

In addition to the above modifications, new security requires a variable or restriction be placed on Company Code. The following document details the changes Powerusers may need to make to Y queries.

Internet Explorer (IE) Version 8 Problem
Internet Explorer (IE) version 8 has been released from Microsoft. At this point in time, the SAP environment is not certified to run with IE 8, so it is NOT recommended that you install IE 8 if you are using IRIS/SAP. Notification will be sent out when the IRIS/SAP environment has been certified with IE 8.
New Course: UK_100 IRIS Awareness & Navigation
We are pleased to announce that the UK_100, IRIS (SAP) Awareness and Navigation course is now available on-line and may be taken at any time convenient to the participant! For more information about the course http://myhelp.uky.edu/rwd/HTML/UK_100.html

Student 2008 1098-T Forms
The University mailed the 1098-T forms for 2008 as of Friday, January 30, 2009. The 2008 forms are available on-line. If you have other questions regarding the 1098-T forms for 2008 contact Student Billing Services at 859-257-6702 or e-mail taxcredit@lsv.uky.edu.
