Upgrade of the SAP R/3 system
The University is doing a technical upgrade of the SAP R/3 system over Thanksgiving weekend. Our core SAP software is being upgraded from version 6.0 Enhancement Pack 3 to 6.0 Enhancement Pack 4, but new functionality is not automatically activated.

New Version of SAP GUI
The new SAP GUI package, UKYGUI-20090909, provides support for Internet Explorer 8, BW 3.50 for SAP GUI 7.10 patch 6, and Synactive GuiXT 2009.2.2.
The new SAP GUI package will be available on download.uky.edu starting Monday November 2, 2009.
Student 2008 1098-T Forms
The University mailed the 1098-T forms for 2008 as of Friday, January 30, 2009. The 2008 forms are available on-line. If you have other questions regarding the 1098-T forms for 2008 contact Student Billing Services at 859-257-6702 or e-mail taxcredit@lsv.uky.edu.

Federal Financial Aid Can No Longer Pay Prior Term Charges
