- Internet Explorer (IE) version 8 has been released from Microsoft. At this point in time, the SAP environment is not certified to run with IE 8, so it is NOT recommended that you install IE 8 if you are using IRIS/SAP. Notification will be sent out when the IRIS/SAP environment has been certified with IE 8.
- Information Technology thanks all the students who attended the Student Technology Forum that was held in The Hub @ WT’s on February 17, 2009. Students attending the event completed 244 surveys. From these surveys we gleaned useful information that brought about the creation of a webpage we feel may be helpful. - UKIT is pleased to announce the release of a new feature for current students, faculty, and staff: The ability to register your wireless device. By registering your wireless device once every six months you can bypass the wireless login page when connecting to our wireless network. Offering support to faculty, staff and students, the IT CSC is UK's resource for computing assistance in-person or self-help online. The IT CSC provides information about computing resources, antivirus solutions, e-mail, other accounts, and various other IT services.

Our Main office location is located in 111 McVey Hall and with a partnership with Student Computing Services, we have student workers in all SCS computing labs. IT Support personnel are available for phone support at the following times:

The IT CSC is the first point of contact for computer assistance at UK. For example, you may have software problems, networking problems, or you can't log in. Call us first. We will do the leg work necessary to determine what sort of problem you are having and direct you to the correct resource.
