Joe Reed joined UK's Internal Audit staff in March 2004. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of New Haven. His professional experience includes Finance, Project Management and Operational Management. Previous and current work experience includes owning and operating a restaurant franchise with his spouse, as well as facilitating operational and financial workshops.

Adetokunbo (Martin) Anibaba joined UK's Internal Audit staff in March 2006. He holds degrees in Microbiology and Business Information Systems and an MBA from the University of East London, as well as a CISA professional certification. He has professional experience in Information Technology, Business Process Re-engineering and Strategic Business Information Systems Management. Previous work experience includes serving as a Business Analyst and an IT manager for a British Government Contracting Firm.

Ralph Kimbrough, CPA, CIA

Ralph joined UK's Internal Audit staff in May 2012. Ralph is a CPA and CIA and he holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration. Ralph's previous work experience includes public accounting, private accounting, internal auditing and teaching. He has managed the internal audit function at other universities.

David joined UK's Internal Audit staff in April 2012. He holds degrees in Systems Analysis and Design, Business Management, and a MBA from the University of Kentucky. David's previous work experience includes developing and implementing computer systems, business analysis, project management, buyer for a wholesale company, home builder and realtor.

Catherine Miller joined UK's Internal Audit staff in July 2008. She has professional experience in Accounting and Business Administration. She has a University of Kentucky bachelor's degree in Accounting as well as a CPA professional certification. Previous and current work experience includes external auditing, church business administration, consulting and experience as the owner of a multiple-location retail business.

Brock Simpson joined UK's Internal Audit staff in April, 2013. He has a University of Kentucky Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky as well as a CPA professional certification. His professional experience includes taxation and cost accounting. Previous work experience includes public accounting with an emphasis on tax planning and consulting and Corporate Controller in a manufacturing environment.
